Job Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Law
* Minimum 2 years experience in compliance related field in financial institution (banking/non-banking)
* Possess knowledge in KYC/AML Procedures
* Strong interpersonal skill, analytical, attention to details, proactive, and creative problem solving abilities
* Strong oral and written English communication skills
* PC literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Summary:
To ensure, monitor and maintain the Anti Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance awareness from all operational activities of Manulife Financial companies in Indonesia towards the Indonesian legal framework and Manulife Financial internal policy applicable worldwide and which has been adopted and conformed according the applicable laws and regulation in Indonesia.

Job Summary :
In charge of Batam Base’s accounting and finance matters to provide timely and accurate accounting services to both internal and external parties
Preferred:
* Preferred knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
* Invoices preparation and coordination with Singapore Customer Service Department to ensure the billing information is submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assist in intercompany reconciliations, payments and collection.
* Facilitate the logging, approval and payment of invoices.
* Assist in month end close of Weatherford’s books.
* Facilitate tax compliance.
* Assist in financial statements analysis, including P/L analysis and self-reviews.
* Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager from time to time.
Requirements
Essential:
* Excellent communication in English.
* Attention to details. Good understanding of Western accounting standard – U.S. GAAP is required.
* In-depth understanding of ERP software, such as JD Edwards and Hyperion.
* Degree / Diploma in Accounting
* At least 3 years experience in finance and accounting with multinational corporations
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels
* Ability to work to tight deadline

Relationship Manager
Qualification
Tertiary Qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Economics is a pre-requisite for this role. Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products is another key requirement.
Major Responsibilities

The candidate is also expected to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels and grow the business through new customer acquisition. Have a good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill in undeniably important for this role in order to build and maintain networks.
