HEAD OF LEGAL & SECRETARIAT




Qualifications:

Based in Jakarta
*
Minimum Law Degree from reputable university
*
Fluent in English and good knowledge in banking laws/prevailing regulations
*
Min 7 years experience in Legal dept of the bank, with last 2 years’ managerial position
*
Good in reviewing agreements and providing legal opinions
*
Strong in corporate secretary functions
*
Detail, accurate and service oriented
