Our client, Telecommunication Company in Indonesia, is urgently seeking for high motivated and qualified professional to be positioned as:

VP, M & A Execution (MNN-MAE)
(Jakarta Raya)



Requirements:
* Preferably with advance degree
* Having 5-7 years of strong M&A experience with a financial institution or investment bank
* Demonstrated track record of originating and closing multiple, complex acquisitions
* Demonstrable ability to initiate & drive projects forward successfully
* Strong leadership & ability to interact with internal and external parties at all levels, including senior executives
* Financial analysis & modeling of mergers and acquisitions
* Due diligence process design and implementation
* Exposure to basic accounting, tax, & legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and basic understanding of diverse financing structures
* Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
* Ability to talk financial community (investors, investment bankers) on the same level
* Strong written and communication skills – presentations, leading projects and meetings
* Strong negotiation/conditioning/influencing skills
* Strong relationship builder, enthusiasm and energy

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for leading and managing the due diligence process from start to end
* Due diligence process design, coordination & oversight
* Determine and quantifies the need for external advisors and present selected proposals to Director Corporate Finance and Director Portfolio Planning for approval
* Coordination of tax, legal, & finance activities
* Leading negotiation, documentation & closing
