Requirements:

* Local / Overseas graduate majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (based on 4.0 scale)
* Minimum 5 (five) years experience at Legal and Credit Administration of the Bank
* Able to manage all legal documentation properly and provide legal advice
* Able to handle litigation cases and syndication loan
* Able to provide legal risk assessment to the management

2. Credit Monitoring System (CMOS)

Requirements:

* Able to assist the Management in monitoring credit quality, including client information collection, evaluation and procedure to mitigate the loss
* Able to collect accurate, complete, up-date and on-time information on customers and their performance from many sources
* Able to co-operate and maintain good working relationship with any other business or supporting units, including to work closely with Credit Administration Department before and after any loan disbursement, in order to ensure the compliance of the terms and conditions as well as the documentation requirements
* Able to check terms and conditions, pricing, and completeness of required documents, including security documents, business license, etc

Responsible to provide risk report to management, parent bank and external needs. You will also responsible to comply with regulation and its implementation on all Risks area.

To fill this position you will need min. 6 years experience in Risk Management area for Banking industry. Bachelor degree from Banking/ Finance/ Accounting/ Management, Master degree would be advantage for you. Familiar with banking accounting, banking products & banking process. Excellent communication skill in English. Mandarin skill would be advantageous.
