A boutique licensed Financial Adviser is looking develop an autonomous Division specifically targeting the Private Client Market (Ultra-Rich segment : with minimum investable assets of US$10 million per client). The Company has a unique tie-up with the Global Private Banks allowing the use of their full range of infrastructure, branding and services without compromising on the Company’s independence. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are currently already offering services to this segment with Total AUM of US$100 million to join us in delivering the highest quality of service to clients with integrity, competency and professionalism.

INDEPENDENT PRIVATE BANKERS



Ø We adopt an integrated wealth management approach encompassing multi-disciplinary solutions targeted at enhancing the networth of wealthy individuals and business owners with an emphasis on a full fee based model from wealth preservation/protection, investment management, family office lifestyle planning to estate and wealth transfer strategies.

Ø The Company provides full research and advisory support to assist the Private Bankers fulfill their multi-faceted role with operational support provided directly by global financial institutions which with which the Company has developed associations.

Ø The Company adopts an Independent Private Banking model that allows clients to diversify their custodial and trustee management of their assets among various global financial institutions while appoint the Company as an Independent Financial Adviser to the client,


The successful candidates are expected to become business partners in the new Division which is expected to evolve out as an independent entity.
