BRANCH MANAGERS
(Cambodia - Branches in CAMBODIA)

Requirements:
* Possess a University Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field
* At least 5 years of working experience in banking in a managerial capacity
* Preferably managers with strong experience in banking services as well as in credit operations
* Excellent command of written and verbal English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
* Must be willing to work in any part of Cambodia.
* Matured, outgoing with ability to drive performance.
* People orientated with ability to interact at all levels.
* IT literate

Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will report to Senior Management and is responsible and accountable for the overall management, operations and performance of the branch assigned. He or she will play a leading role in developing the business, be responsible for risks management within the branch and is expected to support and implement the broad strategic plans of the bank.
